FUNCTIONS
There are two forms of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), ubiquinone and ubiquinol, which are continually recycled in the body from one form to
the other. While both forms are needed for energy production, ubiquinol is the most common form and can be directly utilized by the
body. In addition to advancing age, poor diet, illness, and certain medications can impair the body’s ability to produce CoQ10.
A special antioxidant: CoQ10 is the only fat-soluble antioxidant created in the human body. CoQ10 inhibits the oxidation of vital molecules
such as DNA. It also recycles and regenerates other antioxidants such as vitamin E and vitamin C.

SUGGESTED USE
