Orders, Shipping & Returns

Ordering

- We take orders online and by phone. Orders by phone are taken at 800-614-7714, Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM -- 2:30PM CST.  

- We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

 

Shipping

- Orders placed by 2:00 pm CST usually ship the same day for all in-stock products.  Any orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be sent the following business day.  We do not work on the weekend, so orders placed then will be sent out on the Monday following.  We are off most major holidays, and orders placed then will be sent the following business day.

- Standard shipping: UPS ground, FedEx ground, USPS first class or USPS priority mail, a 2-5 business day service commitment for most of the continental United States.

- Tracking numbers are automatically sent. If you did not receive your tracking number please email us at sales@nupathways.com.  There are times where delivery service will send the package to an incorrect location, and will then redirect the order to the correct address causing a delay in shipping. We do not guarantee delivery times because of this.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to UPS, FedEx and USPS’ work schedule, holidays, and weather.

- Overnight shipping: Orders must be placed by phone, Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM -- 2:00PM CST. If you have already placed your order online, call us at 800-614-7714 to upgrade your shipping.

 - USA Shipping charge is $8.95 for orders under $100.00 and Free Shipping for orders over $100.00, based on total order cost.  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, prior to payment.

-  Shipping is NOT available outside of the USA at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Returns

- Clearance and Sale item sales are final.  No returns.

 - Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of date received.  Factory seal must be intact.

- Opened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of date received if the product is damaged or defective.

- Probiotics, special order items, drop-shipped items, and books may not be returned, unless damaged or defective.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment card after the returned product is delivered to us. Please allow up to 3 days for refund to be processed.
